Disconnect QuickBooks

Follow these steps to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from Clean Incentive's integration.

Step 1: Revoke Access in QuickBooks

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account at qbo.intuit.com
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon) → Account and Settings
  3. Select Apps from the left menu
  4. Find "Clean Incentive" in the list of connected apps
  5. Click Disconnect next to it
  6. Confirm the disconnection when prompted

Step 2: Notify Clean Incentive (Optional)

For a complete disconnection, contact us to remove any cached data:

Include your company name and request data deletion.

What Happens After Disconnecting

Note: Disconnecting will stop all automated accounting functions that rely on QuickBooks data. Make sure this is intended before proceeding.
