Clean Incentive
Disconnect QuickBooks
Follow these steps to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account from Clean Incentive's integration.
Step 1: Revoke Access in QuickBooks
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account at qbo.intuit.com
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → Account and Settings
- Select Apps from the left menu
- Find "Clean Incentive" in the list of connected apps
- Click Disconnect next to it
- Confirm the disconnection when prompted
Step 2: Notify Clean Incentive (Optional)
For a complete disconnection, contact us to remove any cached data:

Include your company name and request data deletion.
What Happens After Disconnecting
- We will no longer be able to access your QuickBooks data
- Existing reports generated from your data will remain available
- OAuth tokens are immediately invalidated
- Cached data is deleted within 30 days (or upon request)
Note: Disconnecting will stop all automated accounting functions that rely on QuickBooks data. Make sure this is intended before proceeding.
